With a rich history dating back to the 1800s with their parent company Buderim Ginger, The Ginger Factory is a tourism “must do” when visiting the Sunshine Coast. After years of neglect, the appointment of a new General Manager saw a new beginning for this Sunshine Coast icon with a bold plan to revitalise the park.
After a rebrand with another company, The Ginger Factory approached us to provide cost effective ongoing promotional and collateral support.
What we did:
Since 2012, we’ve worked alongside key staff at The Ginger Factory to help create multiple campaigns and roll out supporting collateral whilst helping rationalise it’s value propositions to an evolving tourism market.
Spaning the gamut of annual seasons (Christmas, Easter, School Holiday Programs), product launches (VIP Card, Cookie House), retail products, attraction features and the Annual Ginger Flower & Food Festival.
We are proud to have seen our work contributing to the Ginger Factory’s return to profit with the Buderim Ginger group and the return of a tourism experience worth having.. With record numbers once again attending events, and valuable brand experience now finding it’s way through almost every part of the park, the heavy lifting has been achieved internally and externally to bring The Ginger Factory back from the brink.
